Consultation for System Optimization

For many installed vision systems, the performance may be less than desired. This can be attributed to the lighting, optics, or the selection of vision tools used to perform an application. We work with these customers to evaluate their existing systems, diagnose what is not working correctly, and help form a strategy for correcting any remaining issues.

Turn-Key Machine Vision Integration

Since Vision ICS is a small company with low overhead, we are very happy to tackle small automation projects that many larger systems integrators would simply reject as not being "worth their time." These smaller projects allow the customer to evaluate our skills while we develop a good working relationship with them. Having witnessed our competence and responsiveness to their needs, many customers will call us back to perform larger projects that come up in the future, allowing us to work with our partners to develop complete Vision Systems systems that include:

Sub-Contracting

We routinely work with other Systems Integrators and OEM's installing Machine Vision systems. In most cases, these companies don't perform enough vision systems integration to justify dedicating their valuable resources to developing in-house expertise. Like any good business, they focus on what they do best and contract with us to assist them with what we do best.
